My only request is that please provide all 3 meditations in Full Hindi. Because I could not understand some words.
Eg in sacral Chakra Meditation it is told to relax exiltory System (or something like that) in lower abdomen. I could not understand this.
Also some words in final stage of this meditation were not understood.
